Its aromatic complexity really stands out: red fruit, almonds, toast and spices. On the palate it is elegant, structured, smooth… and reproduces many of the notes expressed in the nose. A light, constant bitterness predominates, making it very unique and contrasting with a certain sweetness. Also present are subtle acidity and pleasant tannins.
60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot.. Aged in 40% new barrels for 14 months. Bottled in July 2002.
