The flagship of a company that personifies the history of cava. As such, it is the product with which this highly recognized producer shows just what it is capable of. A bubbly with immense personality, provided by the grape varieties and percentages at which they are blended—50% Chardonnay, 30% Macabeo and 20% Parellada—as well as the spirit with which it is conceived.
Aromatically explosive, with extraordinary potency and length as well as quality; fruitiness clearly predominates, with citrus notes and evidence of aging. On the palate, the grapes once again stand out with the character of the Chardonnay, making it very refreshing, somewhat acid and a touch bitter; subtly expressed flavors, matching the elegance and harmony that set them apart. A delicacy complemented by dazzling and somewhat full-bodied expressiveness.
