Château Cos d´Estournel 05

An extremely charismatic château of Bordeaux, of the highest quality, which ranks among the most legendary wineries in the region. This 2005 expresses the grandeur of the season and of the domain. A cabernet sauvignon with enormous lineage, that displays the full characteristics of the grape and the earth it comes from, with strong touches of minerality, meadows, cassis leaves, orange peel, spices, tobacco, cedar, toasty… infinity of nuances. On the palate, elegance and harmony come together with sumptuousness, with exuberance, evolving, filling the mouth with exquisiteness.

Cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc. Aged in barrels for 18 months, 65% new. Bottled mid-July, 2007.
