Felice Modica Extra Virgin Olive Oil

It fully embodies the characteristics of Sicilian oils, of which it is one of the best. Production is limited: about 7,000 bottles a year, fruit of Moresca and Verdese varieities that Felice Modica has on its property in the Monte Iblea DOP.

Powerful aroma, very simple and complex, without excess; vegetal notes that evoke artichokes and citrus peels add to the fragrances of the olive juice itself. An immense fruitiness that also predominates on the palate, where its delicacy and sweetness stand out in harmony with its intensity; and an evolution on the palate which strikes a perfect balance between bitter and spicy, qualities expressed with impeccable subtlety.
