The most accomplished pinot noir in Spain. With identity and conjunction, it possesses a delicate, sharp aroma predominated by floral sensations that stand above spicy, smoky notes from the wood. On the palate the result is elegant, silky, round and classy. The fruit and the ageing appear well integrated and balanced, with the good strength and structure accorded to the variety.
After malolactic fermentation in new barrels, it is aged for 14 months in Vosges and Allier oak barrels. Bottled in April of 2005. Production: 1500 bottles.
