A wine called upon to impress which, after many years at the front line, can now be considered one of the most singular and qualitative in Spain. Both in the bouquet as well as on the palate it boasts sweet, fruity sensations, elegant and balanced. The taste is sometimes curious, even astonishing: plum confit, herbs and forest floors, wild mushrooms with hints of thyme… myriad elements expressed alongside a noble wood that is presented in perfect complement.
100% tinta fina. The malolactic fermentation took place in new Allier oak barrels, aged for 18 months. Bottled in July of 2007. Less than 2,000 bottles produced. Created exclusively from vines on 1 ha. on the vineyard’s property.
