Confirming itself as the best Rioja around after obtaining excellent marks in the last vintages: 9/10 in 2001, 8.75/10 in 2003, 9.25/10 in 2004 and 9/10 in 2005. As is customary with the Cirsions, they call attention to their strength, structure, character… the blunt personality that they demonstrate. Sweet hints of honey, bitter, with toasted notes, tannins and warmth. It expresses its power through elegance and discretion.
100% tempranillo. Fermented in large oak containers then aged for 12 months in new French barrels. 6,000 bottles.
