This is without a doubt the best Cirsión to date and one of the finest wines in the panorama of Spanish viticulture, obtaining a rating that only half a dozen wines have deserved in the last decade, and even then… It brings together refinement and substance. Structured and compact. Impressive for its aromatic and, in particular, flavorful strength. The substance, elegance and harmony prevail above other nuances: divine grapes, bitterness, tannins… satiating the palate with distinguished sensibility.
100% tempranillo. Fermented in large oak containers then aged for 8 months in new French barrels. Bottled in January 2006. 6,000 bottles.
