This is, without doubt, the most important wine produced to date by Fernando Remiréz de Gazuza. It surpasses his previous accomplishments in all factors: greater structure, greater aromatic strength and much greater fruitiness. In short, better raw materials and production.

Potent aromas of very ripe black berries, toast, cocoa and bitter notes. Very lively, cheerful, witty fruit that stands out above the wood; with select aging in the highest quality oak, imparting complexity. It possesses subtle acidity, sweet and subtle tannins, bitterness and, above all, consummate structure that rounds out its vitality.

90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano and 5% viura y malvasia. Aged for 28 months in new French  oak barrels. Bottled in february 2009. 18.000 botles.
 

A very characteristic Cabernet Sauvignon, pure-bred, which has improved in refinement while keeping with its clear, ample potency; and it is more finished than in other years. More fruit than ever, with immense concentration, giving it immense substance and recalling preserves, above all of plums, as well as licorice with somewhat tannic and bitter notes. All of this gives it great richness and variety in the nose and on the palate, where despite the mild presence of the wood, the grape clearly stands out.

Aged in French and American oak barrels for 24 months. Bottle-aged since January 2000.

Joan Cusiné cannot keep from making his concerns obvious, allowing him to place his winery among the elite of Cava. This is a product made in the image and method of the great champagnes, enhancing its vinosity with bubbles. It is a Chardonnay, fermented and aged in barrels before being transferred to bottles, where it undergoes secondary fermentation and remains for two years before entering the market.

Attractive golden color, luxurious and resplendent, accentuating its beauty with the quantity of bubbles. Clean, fine aromas in which fruit and wood are perfectly combined, with delicate, citrus and oak sensations. On the palate it is also subtle and fresh, with constant vinosity; playful, crisp, with an alchemistic dry-acidic-bitter balance.

An elegant, substantive, structured, smooth, highly evolving wine with supple tannins. Its nose is delicate, clean and profound, with aromas that hint at the merlot, phenomenal wood and faint notes of spices and toast. On the palate the fruit and oak are very integrated, with notable complexity; no definable elements stand out, salve for a pleasant, light bitterness that evokes almonds.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc. Barrel aged for 18 months. Bottled in 2003.
