All the sparkling wines produced by the Majolin brothers, Ezio and Simone, share the common characteristics of refinement, delicacy, velvety texture, roundness and an enormous sensitivity. They manifest an exquisite fruitiness on the palate, acidic and mature in this case, that encloses the mouth with a delightful strength of flavor, expressing feeling and temperament, as well as a considerable amount of body. Vigorous but eminently sensitive.
Made exclusively with chardonnay, aged for 48 months. 6,000 bottles produced.

With this legendary label this prestigious winery expresses the countless marvels of the characteristics of cabernet sauvignon in Chile, where a few vineyards replete with evident Bordelaise inspiration, though not exempt of their own identity, give birth to this wine. Extraordinarily fruity, very clean, with notes of wild red berries, blackberries, blackcurrants… as well as vegetal elements – dried herbs and tobacco leaves… intoxicatingly charming and complex. The fruit is confirmed on the palate with a smooth bitterness and hints of almonds, with sweet tannins and the common denominator of refinement and substance.
100% cabernet sauvignon. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels.

Sanamaro is a singular wine comprised of 95% albariño and 5% loureiro, both in very limited production. The grapes are grown at the heights of the vineyard, cold macerated, fermented at a low temperature in contact with the lees and then subjected to a process of “bâtonnage” for 3 months.
The result: 13,000 bottles of elegant, fragrant, fresh, complex and intriguing wine from these prodigious Galician grapes giving the best they have to offer. Full-bodied with a silky texture, it has enormous aromatic strength that is prolonged in the aftertaste with a persistent finish – balanced and rich in nuances.
