S.A. Château Gruaud Larose
This 2e cru classé offers an extremely interesting price-quality ratio. Potent, substantive, structured and tannic, but with that innate and learned excellence, that French refinement that distinguishes Bordeaux wines and has elevated them to glory. Terroir and know-how.
On the nose and the palate, emotional and restrained sensations follow each other without excess; one notes the presence of cherries, plums and blackcurrant, product of the fruit, which blend with notes derived from wood, such as vanilla and toast. Noble, with nuances, and entirely converting.
Varieties and percentages: 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 6.5% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec. Aging: between 16 and 18 months.
