Deep, intense nose, with aromas of sweet wood, notes of vanilla, hazelnut and butter complemented notably by fruit, specifically raspberry and cherry. Mineral, warm flavor, also lush and filling with mild, unctuous tannins and an aftertaste that recalls the nose.
100% Nebbiolo from the Rabajà cru, Barbaresco region. Production: 38 hl per hectare. Mixed terrain: rich in clay, stone and sand. Average age of vines between 20 and 35 years. Vinification in steel for 7 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged 80% in new French oak barrels (Allier) with medium toast and 20% in 25hl oak casks for 18 months.
