It is hearty and refined, with a remarkable elegance attesting to the noblest quality of Cabernet Sauvignon—68%—complemented by 30% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc. Expressive and subtle aromas evoking various sensations, among which are black berry compote, spices, menthol and preserves. The same notes are reproduced on the palate, with delicacy as the protagonist intermingled with its character, evolving smoothly while always exhibiting its perfect ensemble.

Aging in 35% new barrels for 18 months. The Domaine de Chevalier comprises only 4.5 hectares within the winery’s property, with an annual production of 18,000 bottles.
