La Rioja Alta, S.A.
Loyal to its heritage, it is composed of 80% Tempranillo, from the Viña Ardanza vineyards in Fuenmayor, and 20% Grenache, planted in the municipalities of Ausejo and Tudelilla, in Rioja Baja. Aged in American oak barrels for 36 months. Bottled in March 2004.
As a result, it is a wine that has matured well. It expresses this maturity in its qualities, among which its elegance and harmony are prevalent in the nose and palate. It shows vibrancy, with aromas of ripe fruit, evoking cherries and plums, and impregnated with the classic spices resulting from aging. It stands out on the palate with tempered potency, subtle acidity and manifest austerity, but the quality of the ensemble stands out above its individual characteristics.
