This Pouilly-Fumé could easily be considered the best Loire valley wine around – which is more or less saying that it is the greatest sauvignon blanc in the world. It has the quality, characteristics and complexity to stand above the rest. It has breeding and idiosyncrasy: a deeply characteristic and perfectly defined variety.

Exuberant, infinite aromas arise through the diversity, with minerality prevailing, seasoned with notes of flowers (citrus blossoms), fruits (passion fruit) and lightly smoked fragrances. On the palate it expresses depth, amplitude, roundness and charm, endless charm, confirming the nose: minerality and subtle smoked sensations, all revealed in perfect harmony.
