Conceptually well defined and unmistakable, and it shows: elegance and harmony are fundamental in a wine and in gastronomy. On the palate it is fittingly velvety, rounded and substantive at the same time—aimed at the connoisseur. A Bordeaux that offers clean, pure and simultaneously charismatic aromas and flavors: fruit, perhaps cherries; herbs, with anise notes; spices, difficult to pinpoint; wood, lightly smoked; and above all, a noble bitterness reminiscent of almonds. Measured nuances, perhaps even inspired by fantasy; they emerge together, combined to form a compact body that accentuates the whole. Balanced and with the character required by greatness, properly expressed without excess.

62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot and 11% Petit Verdot. Aged in 60% new barrels for 16-20 months.
