This wine confirms the intentions of the winery to make truly great wines, which they do year after year. Exuberant in the nose and mouth with the presence of select fruit, very ripe, that offers a sweet, pleasant sensation followed by toasty impressions of cacao and vanilla… repercussions of a painstaking aging process.
60% cabernet sauvignon and 40% merlot. The malolactic fermentation took place in new Nevers oak barrels, where it remained for 22 months. Bottled in May 2003.
