Joan Cusiné cannot keep from making his concerns obvious, allowing him to place his winery among the elite of Cava. This is a product made in the image and method of the great champagnes, enhancing its vinosity with bubbles. It is a Chardonnay, fermented and aged in barrels before being transferred to bottles, where it undergoes secondary fermentation and remains for two years before entering the market.
Attractive golden color, luxurious and resplendent, accentuating its beauty with the quantity of bubbles. Clean, fine aromas in which fruit and wood are perfectly combined, with delicate, citrus and oak sensations. On the palate it is also subtle and fresh, with constant vinosity; playful, crisp, with an alchemistic dry-acidic-bitter balance.
