A fine selection of small Lodosa “piquillo” peppers, thin and red (qualities that speak to the fruit’s ripeness), standing out for their refined texture, flavor, sweetness, an almost unnoticeable acidity and total lack of spiciness, expressing the natural artisanal flavor of the pepper and a noble roasting process. Each jar contains 12 to 16 peppers.
It is also sold in cans of 390 g, with 26-30 peppers.
