Made with 50% chardonnay, 34% pinot noir, and 16% pinot meunier. Fabulous aroma, very fruity, with acidic sensations, sweet and sour, that seem to recall pineapple, peach, pear, almond, and biscuit. The fruitiness is ratified in the mouth – radiant, accompanied by ripe citric tones and minerals, bringing forth enormous complexity. Long, full, meaty and substantial.
