It now attains accordance with the beloved maître d’, Rafael Prieto, business partner of the chef, who aside from being a perfect master of ceremony must also be considered one of the finest sommeliers in Spain, offering unknown wines of the highest quality at truly tempting prices. He is the one who first introduced us to the champagne ‘Clevel’, which we now emphatically recommend.
