An impressive, vigorous, substantial wine that offers itself unabashedly in both nose and mouth. Fruit–cherries and raspberries–as well as licorice and, of course, the woody, vanilla, toasted notes, all expressed in a concise manner. Its elegance and balance stand out, reproducing its olfactory characteristics with moderation.
60% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, 7% cabernet franc and 3% of malbec and petit verdot. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
