An elegant champagne, well-structured and enormously complex with a great deal of character. Minerality is first to be noticeable in the nose, after which floral sensations of roses and ferns give way to other ripe fruits: dried apricot and raisins with hints of tobacco, mint, caramel and turrón… exuberant fragrances. The presence of nuts is confirmed on the palate, powerful almond sensations, with a subtle acidity, characteristics that make it very refreshing, substantial, full-bodied, regal and rounded. In short, a fresh champagne, rich in nuances, with vigor and harmony.
