It is elegant, silky and flavorful in the mouth. The fruit is harmonized with the characteristics of the long ageing process. Fresh and lively, with a very balanced acidity and light bitterness. The bubbles are well integrated which gives it the creaminess expected of fine cavas.
30% Xarel.lo, 25% Macabeo, 20 % Parellada and 25% Chardonnay. This cava is aged for approximately 36 months.
