WORKSHOP ON SEAFOOD
Justo García and Rafael Espinosa will talk about the treatment of prawns and of all the seafood that usually arrive from the sea to the fish market in Santa Pola. Shrimps, crayfish, prawns, Norway lobsters and, especially, cicadas, king crayfish, Minorca lobster, and sea cucumbers. Doneness: plancha, sautéed, grilled, baked and stewed.
