Four of the most active young chefs in Andalusian cuisine [Kisko García, “Choco”, Córdoba; Richard Alcaide, “Med”, Torremolinos (Málaga), and Juan Pablo Gámez “Los Sentidos”, Linares (Jaén)], show us some new recipes inspired on Andalusian traditional cuisine.
