Two of the most important chefs in Southern France, both Cook of the Year by the GaultMillau Guide, Mauro Colagreco, “Mirazur” (Menton) and Jean-Luc Rabanel “L’Atelier de Jean-Luc Rabanel” (Arles), will show us their brilliant creations essentially based on vegetables and aromas.
