DESIGN SANDWICH: VÍCTOR TABORDA, “LA VERANDA”

Víctor Taborda, head chef of the prestigious restaurant “La Veranda”, at the Hotel Villa Padierna, who worked for the Obama family during their stay in Marbella, won different sandwich contests and has taught in several meetings. In our Congress, he will present new pairings as well as applications of haute cuisine techniques, finishings and presentations, such as:
  • Sandwich with marinated salmon, yoghurt and trout roe
  • Sandwich of Iberian presa and Jabugo ham mayonnaise
  • Sandwich with squids and garlic mayonnaise
  • Sandwich with chicken, curry, Brie cheese and confit tomatoes.

  • Sunday, 7th. 18.30/19.45
