Three of the best cooks in Navarra (Enrique Martínez, “Maher”, Cintruénigo; Nicolás Ramírez, “Túbal”, Tafalla; and David Yárnoz, “El Molino de Urdániz”, Urdániz), who focus their cookery on the products from their land and on personal versions of popular recipes, will propose their last reflections and creations around the big vegetable garden from Navarra.
