CROATIAN CUISINE: “PLAVI PODRUM”, “VALSABBION” AND “LE MANDRAC”
Croatia is the guest country chosen by Casa Mediterráneo, a foundation aimed at promoting the links between the different cultures surrounded by de Mediterranean. It will be represented by its three most famous cooks and restaurants: Daniela Kramaric, “Plavi Podrum”, Opatija; Sonja Peric, “Valsabbion”, Pula; and Deniz Zembo, “Le Mandrac”, Volosko (Opatija), who will present their most typical dishes and their haute cuisine creations.
