TASTING OF 1,000 FOIE GRAS CUBALIBRES (RUM AND COKE), BY QUIQUE DACOSTA, S. PELLEGRINO AND ACQUA PANNA
The famous chef from Alicante, Quique Dacosta (9.5/10 in Lo Mejor de la Gastronomía Guide), will let us discover and taste one of his most successful creations: the Foie gras Cubalibre. He will do so following the Congress’s philosophy: popularizing gastronomy. The beverage will therefore be sold in half portions at a price that is far lower than at his restaurant. And there is one more incentive: the cubalibres will be served with the prestigious S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna waters.
