SEMINAR ON RICE COOKING: SERGIO SIERRA, "EL PORTAL TABERNA & WINES"

Sergio Sierra, Head Chef at “El Portal Taberna & Wines”, Alicante, will propose a theoretical and a practical workshop. He will cook:
  • House Rice (with boletus and baby cuttlefish).
  • Black truffle Risotto with Heretat de Pere Cheese.
  • Rice pudding cream, lemon thyme and peach jelly.

For the tasting, the dishes will be paired with PDO Valencia wines.
