  • Application of basic cooking techniques to make dishes based on seaweeds.
  • Tasting of different fresh seaweeds.
 Preparation of the following dishes:
  • Soft seaweed rice bound with codium.
  • Prawn skewer and sea lettuce.
  • Seaweed pasty.
  • Mussel and seaweeds on toast.
  • Canapé of seaweed salad and monkfish liver.
  • Seaweed noodles.
