The best cook in History, the world number one, is going to close his restaurant El Bulli in June 2011, which will reopen its door in 2014, but as a Research Centre (not as an eating house any more) with the legal status of a foundation. For this occasion, Ferran Adrià will do a HISTORICAL ANALYSIS OF HIS WORK on Monday, November 8th as part of the 12 Congress lomejordelagastronomia.com. He will basically talk about the following subjects:
