COLD SOUPS FROM ANDALUSIA, "GASTROMIUM"

 
Basic recipes of gazpacho, salmorejo and ajoblanco, by both the chefs from the “Gastromium” restaurant, in Seville (José Carabias, Miguel Díaz and Ernesto Malasaña) and the attendees. Tasting of the results and preparation of different dishes based on the aforementioned recipes.

Days: Sunday 7th and Monday 8th.
Days and time: Sunday 17.00/18.30 and Monday 10.00/11.30.
Place: Stand of the Provincial Council of Jaén.
Price: €10, including tasting of 3 soups and of the 7 best extra virgin olive oils from Jaén.
